IV Hydration Therapy

IV Hydration Therapy

IV hydration delivers fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, and antioxidants straight into your bloodstream. Because it bypasses the digestive tract, absorption is complete and most clients feel the difference the same day.

Every stack below starts with fluids. What changes from one to the next is what goes in alongside them, and which you choose depends on what you are after: energy, immune support, recovery, clearer skin, or a calmer week. You and your Nurse Practitioner pick the right stack together.

A full medical history comes first, because IV therapy is not right for everyone, and it does not stand in the place of healthy nutrition, good sleep, or treating an underlying condition. The consultation is complimentary.

Questions About IV Hydration Therapy

How long does an IV infusion take?

Most hydration infusions run 30 to 60 minutes. NAD+ takes longer, two to four hours or more, depending on dose and tolerance.

How often can patients receive IV therapy?

Hydration, as often as clinically indicated. Wellness infusions, commonly every two to four weeks, though the right interval is individual.

Can IV therapy be combined with HRT, TRT, or peptide therapy?

Often, yes. IV therapy is frequently part of a broader wellness plan, coordinated by your prescribing clinician around the rest of your care.

Who benefits most?

Dehydration, fatigue, nutrient deficiencies, heavy physical demands, or a specific wellness goal. It is not a substitute for a balanced diet, adequate hydration, or treatment of an underlying condition.

What are the side effects?

Rare and usually minor: bruising at the IV site, a cool sensation in the arm, tasting or smelling the vitamins during the infusion, sometimes for a day or two after.

Who should avoid IV therapy?

Use caution or avoid it with heart failure or fluid overload, severe kidney disease, uncontrolled hypertension, certain electrolyte abnormalities, infection needing hospital care, known allergies to IV components, and pregnancy. High-dose vitamin C needs extra care with G6PD deficiency or iron overload.
