The number of sessions are individualized depending on the extent of hair loss. A minimum of 3-4 sessions are recommended, about 4-6 weeks apart.

Ensure to hydrate and eat prior to your treatment. Avoid drinking alcohol for at least 24-48 hours prior to treatment.
Avoid strenuous activities/heavy lifting for 24-48 hours. Avoid swimming, hot tubs or saunas, touching the treated area, wearing a hat, washing hair with hot water, alcohol consumption, hair dyes, and shampoos with harsh chemicals for 2-3 days post procedure. Lastly, avoid blood thinners (e.g aspirin, ibuprofen) 1 week before treatment.
